Class Bookings

Class spaces may be limited. A class booking is confirmed only when the studio or booking system accepts the reservation. Please arrive before the listed start time so your instructor can check you in safely.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you cannot attend, contact us as early as possible. Standard class bookings may be rescheduled when notice is received at least 12 hours before class start time. Late cancellations and no-shows may count as used classes unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Memberships and Class Packs

Memberships, class packs, expiry dates, renewal terms, and freeze options must be clearly displayed before payment in the live booking system. Promotional offers may have additional terms shown with the offer.

Refund Requests

Contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase if you believe a billing error occurred or if a service was not provided as described. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take 5–10 business days to post a refund after it is issued.

Studio-Initiated Cancellations

If PranaFit cancels a scheduled class, we will offer a replacement class, class credit, or refund option consistent with the purchase terms and applicable law.

  2. Describe the issue and include the date, class, pass, or membership involved.
  3. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
